The rotary disc Double-head suction nozzle bag filling machineis suitable for the filling of bag-packaged materials with suction nozzles such as laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, shower gel, jam, hair dye paste, fruit puree, milk, peanut butter, cheese sauce, lubricating oil, shampoo, etc. It can be customized according to the diameter of the nozzle mouth. The servo motor drives the rotating disc, ensuring precise positioning, and the speed of the disc can be adjusted on the touch screen. The bag is automatically pushed into the notch by a push bag cylinder, and only manual placement of the bag in the bag slot is required. The filling is driven by a servo motor, allowing for arbitrary setting of one or two speed segments, and the desired filling capacity can be directly set on the touch screen, making the operation convenient. The cover structure adopts a scraping method, eliminating the need for manual alignment when placing the lid, and can be equipped with a vibrating plate to achieve automatic lid placement, greatly improving efficiency. Products with high fluidity can be self-suction filled; products with high viscosity can be filled in conjunction with a hopper.
